Dr. Jacqueline McLemore brings a lifetime of experiences to helping people make important changes in their organizations and their lives. Jacquie’s work and consulting experiences are grounded in her work with private sector, non-profit, faith based and higher education organizations.
Jacquie created McLemore Consulting Associates, Inc. in 1990 as a purposefully small firm with the capacity for delivering high-quality, customized consulting and coaching services. She understands that there is always a personal element to change. She is experienced in supporting, collaborating with and challenging individuals when it is time to make changes.

Education
Jacquie earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and a Master's of Science Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is on the faculty of The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and is a senior associate with AmericaSpeaks. She is a member of Leadership Cleveland, Class of 1999. She holds Board and other leadership positions in local and national non-profit organizations.
